As part of a corporate role, my responsibility was to manage 26 countries and provide technical guidance, advice, planning and support to local in-country resources. Learning about culture, human interaction and motivation helped to bring a diverse team of individuals together to share experiences and localised (within timezone) support. Organising a central week-long hands-on training course for the team not only engage face-t-face but also share experiences and learn directly from the specialists in a classroom environment. Great feedback, and lifelong friends were created and this encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone and help organisations with their challenges, not just delivering a solution but mentoring the team to take over and continue to run the service post end of project.

My mission is to strengthen leadership decision‑making and governance by guiding organisations through complex technology and business change with discipline, transparency, and assured outcomes.
